Our Process
Once you have contacted us we will arrange for an on-site estimate of the rug you would like repaired. We will then inspect the rug and discuss the most reasonably price repair option without compromising the look of your rug. After the rug is brought to our repair shop our expert will take several pictures of your rug before they start (front, back and sides). They will note any other areas of concern, if any and either call or email you. Once the rug is ready for repair it will get the proper preparation. The rug will get its repair. Once the repair is done the rug will be inspected for any missed areas. When the repair person concludes the repair of your rug several other picture will be taken. The rug will then receive 2 separate inspections from 2 separate repair employees. If they all feel the rug has been repaired perfectly we will then contact you to arrange the delivery of your rug.
